Claire Ditte

It was the beginning of a sangha who is now growing! She is still very involved in Rabat yoga community and often teaches there.

Although she hated this first try, she kept coming back to it, and practiced different yoga styles (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Hot Yoga…) depending on where she was living. When she came back to Paris for good, she decided to do a yoga teacher training and joined EFV in 2015 and completed a Pre/Post Natal yoga teacher training with Sharon Bales in 2017 through EFV Labs. Today, she teaches a few classes per week and works on different projects related to yoga/meditation while she is still working as a CSR (corporate social responsibility) project manager during the day.
